Ellie trained at London Studio Centre, gaining her BA (Hons) in Theatre Dance. Industry Jazz Dance Class

Get ready to "Move It, Move It!" with Madagascar, A Musical Adventure. A wacky adventure for the whole family! Based on the DreamWorks Animation film, this stage production follows Alex, Marty, Melman, and Gloria as they escape from New York's Central Park Zoo and find themselves on an unexpected journey to Madagascar. Our unique spin on the family favourite will have you tapping your toes and singing along! This is an amateur production performed by Team2gether.
Team2gether are a non-profit organisation dedicated to enhancing the lives of local people with additional needs, those who struggle with confidence and mental health, those who struggle to access certain things within the community and those who are home schooled. From life skills, to performing arts, their offerings spread right across from day time workshops, to respite holidays both in the UK and abroad.

We work with people as young as two years old, all the way up to those later in life needing support in hospital and residential homes. Their motto is 'Empowering Every Ability'.

Start your week with calm...and learn how to return to calm anytime, anywhere. Did you know there are huge potential benefits for your mind and body when you meditate and practice mindfulness? There is now a huge body of scientific evidence and research studies that show how meditation can positively impact our health and wellbeing, such as reducing stress and blood pressure, improving sleep & mood, and regulating our nervous system & emotions. Meditation isn't about turning off our brains; it's about taking some time to observe our minds and bodies as they are, learning techniques and tools for letting go of worries and anxieties, and embracing the present moment.
Intrigued to find out more and try it yourself? Come and join local Meditation Teacher Emma who will guide you through a wide range of meditation practices. Emma has practiced meditation herself for over 17 years and experienced such significant benefits from it that she decided to train with and become a member of the British School of Meditation so that she could share meditation with more people.
Hot drinks are provided in these sessions, included in the ticket price. No experience needed to attend, open to all aged 18+ however the room can only be accessed via stairs so is not fully accessible. After booking you will be asked to complete a short form to comply with health and safety requirements. There will be standard seats at the class but if you feel you'd prefer to sit on lay on a yoga mat, please feel free to bring one along with you. We suggest you bring along a bottle of water and an extra layer as the weather gets cooler.

We'll meet and sing at the Pavilion Theatre in Gorleston, just a stone's throw from the Norfolk shoreline—close enough for the rhythm of the waves to lend their own accompaniment to our voices. This group will celebrate the music of our local seafaring communities, bringing to life the folk songs they created to share stories, mark the passing of time at sea, and preserve their culture. Led by Paul and Stephen of The Rogue Shanty Buoys—a professional sea shanty group with over a decade of experience - the group is part of a wider cultural and arts/heritage research project run by their not-for-profit arts organisation, The Voice cLoud. With a passion for keeping maritime music alive, they'll guide you through a stirring and spirited repertoire. Sign up to come along and sing traditional sea shanties, whaling songs, naval ballads, work songs, foc'sle tunes, and romantic ballads of roguish ne'er-do-wells.
